Employee Spotlight: Natalie Berko

By: Kaylie Gyarmathy on March 1, 2019

 Natalie Berko

Natalie Berko has been with vXchnge since January of 2017 and works out of the Austin, Texas office. As a Customer Success Manager, Natalie works with existing customers to ensure they receive the best quality of service as a tenant in the Austin data center. This includes making customers aware of the scope of solutions that vXchnge provides around infrastructure, network, and product brand protection. Natalie enjoys being the customer’s best advocate and helping to optimize their overall experience with vXchnge. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at Austin’s outdoor landmarks including the Barton Creek Greenbelt and Lady Bird Lake Trail.

Why do you enjoy working at vXchnge?

What I enjoy most working at vXchnge is having the opportunity to work closely with many talented people, in a variety of departments, across the company. This has helped me a ton in my role as a CSM to be able to work quickly and diligently when I’m confronted with customer requests that may fall outside of my knowledge sphere or normal responsibilities. We have a very rewarding, team oriented environment here at vXchnge.

Texans rave about Texas. What is your favorite thing about Texas?

Breakfast tacos!

Other than your job at vX, what has been another job that you have really enjoyed?

Outside of vXchnge, I hold two voluntary roles that I am actively involved with. One is on the Board of Directors for a non-profit I co-founded called The Human Environmental Animal Team (H.E.A.T.) Establishment, and the other is as Chair of the Young Alumni Council (YAC) with the Texas State Alumni Association. I really enjoy these roles because both H.E.A.T. and YAC require organizational skills that I can translate back to my CSM position with vXchnge.

What were some of your favorite memories from college?

I was lucky to meet my closest friends while in college. Many of them migrated to Austin after graduating, but others have since gone on to live in different cities and states. Some of my favorite memories involve building those close friendships and supporting each other as we made our way through college, and even after college as we’ve continued making fun memories.
