Normal Deliveries 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Open ticket 24 hours in advance of shipment delivery. Identify any over-sized shipments (cabinets, large crates) and provide the day and time that the shipment will arrive. |
Small Shipment Open ticket 48 hours in advance of shipment delivery. Off-Hours or Large Shipment Over-sized shipments that will take over an hour should be noted in the ticket 2 business days in advance. This will allow the data center to schedule the shipment with building security and ready staff. |
The loading dock is available 24/7. Two business days advance notice is always required for the use of the loading dock.
