Remote Hands

The Remote Hands report allows you to quickly see which tickets were associated with Remote Hands charges during the previous month, along with the total hours charged. This list can be exported to Excel format if needed by clicking the 'Export all data' button:

To view the list of tickets associated with Remote Hands charges for the current month, you can modify the view to change the Created column's filter criteria to 'This Month' by clicking the green funnel icon  and then selecting 'This Month' (or any other time period):

Alternatively, you can click the Tickets - Remote Hands - This Month tile on the Dashboard page to quickly view the list of tickets that have incurred Remote Hands charges for the current month:

How to setup a scheduled export of the tickets associated with Remote Hands charges

To setup a recurring export of the tickets associated with Remote Hands charges, which includes the total Remote Hands time used, take the following steps:

  1. Under the REPORTS menu, select REMOTE HANDS.

  2. Click the Add View button above the grid view:

  3. Enter a name for the view and then click OK. For example, name the view 'Remote Hands - Last Month'.

  4. Click the Schedule View Export button above the grid view:

  5. Select the frequency at which you would like to receive the export (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).

  6. Finally, select the start date and time you would like to receive the export and then click Submit.

Beginning on the selected Start Date and time, an export of the tickets associated with Remote Hands charges will be sent to you automatically at the frequency you had selected.
